Booking Information
Reserving a Tour
To book a tour we require a deposit of $150 Cdn ($115
US) per person for Ontario tours and $250($185) per person for British
Columbia tours. with the balance due 60 days prior to tour departure. If
booking within 60 days of a tour date we require full payment of the tour
cost. As required, there is an additional 7% GST (Goods & Services Tax) tour
cost. Tour costs are quoted in Canadian and approximate US dollars, which
will be credited at the current exchange rate. Payment can be made by Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Certified Cheques, Traveler's Cheques and Money Orders.
Cancellation Policy
for 2006/7 Tours
You can count on your vacation plans with Out For Adventure.
Out For Adventure does not have a disclaimer about minimum group size
for scheduled tours, therefore your tour will run regardless of the number
of participants.
If it is necessary for you to cancel your tour reservation/s, we require that you do so in writing to avoid confusion. After receiving your written request to cancel, we will refund your payment according to the following schedule.
4More than 60 days prior to
departure, full refund less a $75 administration fee/person.
460 to 30 days prior to
departure, full refund less the deposit paid.
429 - 15 days prior
to departure, 50% refund of the total tour cost will be refunded.
414 days or less prior to
departure, no refund.
Cancellation Insurance
We strongly
recommend trip cancellation insurance should it become necessary for you to cancel your trip. You can purchase this at your local travel agency
right after booking your tour.
Medical & Liability Release

We require that your medical form and liability
release be
filled out and returned to us as soon as possible. You will receive these forms with your
Out For Adventure Welcome Package. All information received will be kept in complete confidentiality and only released to
your guide unless required for medical attention by appropriate health
officials.

Detailed information on getting to your chosen tour destination will be
included with your Out For Adventure Welcome Package.
A list of suggested accommodations for before and after your adventure tour will also be with your Out For Adventure Welcome Package. There are some wonderful local B&B's, hostels, motels etc., so look in the "accommodation" section of your Welcome Package. If you can, plan to have a few days before or after your tour to explore the interesting areas our tours are offered in.
